Until all members of the playing group are assembled on the tee, the group have no standing on the tee.
NOTE
Players starting from the 1st or 11th in 2, 3 or 4 balls in the correct tee reservation board times may continue their game for 18 holes alternating where appropriate.
Two Balls can play at any time - however when playing in times allocated to 3 & 4 balls times, two balls have NO priority except normal Golf Etiquette applies.
